On a day up in Woodstock this summer as we were headed back to the car to start the drive back home I spotted a burst of color from across the street.  I told my family I'd catch up with them so I could check out these beauties.  The scene was so magical!  It felt like being in a storybook!

I loved the combination of colors and textures from both the flowers and the variety of leaves.  I was in awe!

When I was editing, I wanted to convey that feeling even more and make it more mysterious.  My first thought was imagining it in Alice in Wonderland.!  My daughter saw it up on my computer screen and said "wow so pretty!  Reminds me of Alice In Wonderland!" 

Bingo!!!
